Thanks!What kind of shampoo do you recommend for hair loss ?
i really wouldnt worry about it too much. the reason that you lose hair after you give birth is because while you are pregnant you dont lose as much hair so now its all coming out at once. this is normal and you wont end up bald so dont worry.What kind of shampoo do you recommend for hair loss ?
If you're losing you hair after giving birth, there's no shampoo for it. Your hormones cause it and you simply have to wait it out. If you brush your hair often, you will be removing dead hair throughout the day, instead of getting big clumps in the evening. Also, when drying your hair with a towel, squeeze it gently, instead of rubbing. Post pregnancy hair loss last few months, but it will go away on its own. My baby was born 2 weeks before yours, and I'm still losing hair like crazy.
ETA: Your hair will not harm the baby. When he starts crawling, make sure you vacuum everyday. Also keep your hair in a ponytail, like you said you are. Still, if you brush your hair often, you will get it out on the brush, instead of shedding everywhere.
Vitamin E is good for preventing hair loss. You can find it in leafy veggies, whole grains and nuts, or you can take a supplement.
Unfortunately changing shampoo isn't going to help you at all.
What I suggest is you try a natural remedy to strengthen your hair, Because you are obviously laking nutrients that support hair growth. Don't worry to much about it, this happens a lot after pregnancy with women.
Here is a product I recommend especially made for women %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;
For some women its normal to loose your hair during pregnancy, but as you mentioned you had hair loss before your pregnancy also, It may be due to Your diet, hormones, hereditary etc..
If its your diet, make sure you take in these supplements-
* Vitamin B-complex - 50 mg. of the major B-vitamins (including folate, biotin and inositol)
* Vitamin B-6 - 50 mg. of vitamin B-6
* Vitamin C with bioflavonoids - one to two grams daily
* Vitamin E - 400 to 800 IU daily
* Beta-Carotene - 10,000 to 15,000 IU of beta-carotene daily
* One recommended daily dose of magnesium, sulfur, zinc
* Silica (horsetail) - 300 mg. daily
* Nettle - 250 mg. three times daily
* Flaxseed oil - one tbsp daily or one tablet
* Beta-Carotene - 10,000 to 15,000 IU of beta-carotene daily
Also try to include these with the above supplements for fast growth of your hair -
fish, eggs, beans and yogurt. Soy protein has also been found to be helpful in stimulating hair growth.
While intake of the above supplements will help you to grow your hair faster but will provide little little help in stopping your hair loss, In that case I am going to recommend you a natural hair treatment that you can use it in your home.
