I'm 18, this happened a couple of months ago, i was in the shower and i kept seeing sheds of hair on my hands when i rubbed my hands through my hair, and my hair is much thinner then is used to be, theres only one person in the family who has suffered from severe hair loss and they didn't start loosing it until a very late age, i don't want to go to my general pediatrician, i just want to go to a specialist, i think I'm loosing my hair, and i wanna know for sure, can anybody help?What specialist should i go see for hair loss?

At 18 there is a medical cause for this so go and see a GP first and have him do a full exam of your health and then he will know which specialist to send you to.
