What can a 21-year-female do to prevent/reverse major hair loss?

Recently I've been experiencing major, alarming hair loss. My hair is course, dry, and brittle, and it will come out every time I even touch it. I'm only 21-years-old. I'll admit that I've done my fair share of hair dying, but I haven't done any recently, and I've been doing everything to take care of my hair--including not blow-drying it, not shampooing as often, heavy condition/deep-conditioning. I don't have any other symptoms of anything, so I don't think it's a medical condition. Please help! What can a 21-year-female do to prevent/reverse major hair loss?
too much conditioner will make your hair fall out, i dont even use conditioner because my hair used to fall out a lot.

there is a vitamin for hair called biotin you can get it in the vitamin section, it worked for me, and instead of conditioning get a hydrating shampoo, like dove and dont over wash. once a week use an olive oil treatment usually comes as a spray or lotion, or if you can go to the salon and they can do it professionally. just stop using too much conditioner, if you really need it put a pea size amount and run it through your hair.

one other option is using a silicone based lube, yes it sounds weird, but it keeps your hair looking healthy and shiny. only use a tiny amount and run it through your hair.

You might want to do a little research on Alopecia. It's a condition in which your hair falls out. Sometimes it falls out in patches (Alopecia Areata), and sometimes it falls out completely (Alopecia Totalis). There are typically no other symptoms associated with alopecia other than hair-loss. Unfortunately, there are no guaranteed treatments to this condition, but sometimes the hair grows back on its own within a year or so. I'm sorry to scare you. My best recommendation to you would be to go see a Dr, or better yet, a Dermatologist. Best of luck to you.
No more chemicals! Let me tell you, when I stopped putting perms and other chemicals in my hair, my hair grew leaps and bounds. Now all I use is a light tea tree oil and a little coconut oil, but not too much because it can weigh your hair down and clog your pores. Remember that you have to get those split ends clipped or they will split up to the root and your hair will fall out more. In the winter time, keep hair in a ponytail because the elements can destroy your hair. Keep heat out of your hair as much as possible. I flat iron my hair 1-2 times a week and keep it wrapped so I dont have to flat iron everyday. I also take a supplement called Biotin, this is natural and helps with hair growth as well.
i know this will sound crazy but i have seen it work for a couple women with very this hair. put raw eggs in ur hair and rub into scalp generously every other day until u see a change. then try it not as often.
I recommend Provillus treatment. It's unique formula helps re-grow natural hair.
