How can i control hair loss?

Im 20 years old and the last couple of months my hair is just coming out, ie when i brush it im amazed how much comes out and that i still have any left.

Anything i seem to do it doesnt help i have tryed to cut down on washing it as well i normal was it 4-5 times a week but now only 3. The werid thing is although lots of hair is falling out i cant see any bold patches or my hair doesnt be getting thiner.

Does anyone no what could help with this problem? How can i control hair loss?
Daily application of refined coconut oil, mixed with lime juice on the hair, prevents hair loss and lengthens it. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info. How can i control hair loss?
Same thing happens to me a couple times a year...for the last five years. It's very stressful but you can't really do anything about it. And I'm not bald yet!

Everyones hair sheds in cycles...it's natural...a large shed like you are experiencing can be triggered by many things...weight change, hormone change like starting or stopping birth control etc. I'm betting you'll notice lots of new baby hairs coming in soon, it'll be alright.
The normal hair fall is 90-110hair per day.if u don't find hair on your pillow or not finding thinning of hair then there is nothing to worry.u can also try methi dana powder. In morning make a paste of it and apply on clean scalp.Wash it after half an hour.or consult the doctor.
It could be a medical problem, such as a thyroid dysfunction. Another product you can try is Aphogee which is a conditioning treatment. It has worked wonders for me when I was losing hair.
i would advise you to apply olive oil or caster oil to your hair before you wash it.. you could leave it on for 1 hour.. but i leave it on overnight and wash it the next day...it works wonders!
we lose hair on a seven year cycle so as long as there are no bald patches i wouldnt be too worried, if you are see your hairdresser or doctor
