Can hair-loss from pre-diabetes be reversed?

my diet has been quite terrible. i eat too many simple carbs like white rice and have not been exercising. yes, i know it's bad and i've put on weight. i'm showing many signs of pre-diabetes and type II diabetes. i heard that pre-diabetes can be reversed if done early enough from eating healthy and doing lots of cardio exercise to balance out blood sugar.

the worst part of my problems is that my hair has thinned dramatically and is falling out in some spots. my question is, can hair-loss from a poor diet and lack of exercise be reversed? Can hair-loss from pre-diabetes be reversed?
Try checking with your Physician or a diabetic expert. Can hair-loss from pre-diabetes be reversed?
My first thought is hypochondriac... My second thought is that if you are truly ';pre-diabetic'; you must have a weight issue that must be addressed. Also, you are half-way there knowing that you have a bad diet - so DO something about it. Very simple edict - eat your meats and veggies and exercise. It does wonders for the mind, body, soul, HAIR and diabetes. Good luck!
Probably not but you can stop it before it gets worse. Clean up your diet and start jogging daily. At hin healthy bald guy is way more appealing than a unhealthy fat guy with hair anyway.
well diabetes is a very complex condition and yes u can slow it or even stop it but i think very difficult to reverse it if u get neuropathy or vasculopathy
