1. Rub olive oil on your scalp.

This is one of the most simple methods you can start now.

2. Mix 1 cup of boiling water, with 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, and cook for 5 minutes.

Drinking this mix might not be too pleasant, but it can be effective.

3. Make a mix of 2 tablespoons of olive oil, rosemary extract, 1 lemon juice and 1 egg yolk and apply it on your hair.

This methods does work effectively, only if done continuously for over a week.

4. Wash your hair after massaging the scalp with uncooked egg yolk, for 1 hour straight.

Uncooked egg yolk can get sticky, so make sure you fully wash away after you're done after the 1 hour period.

5. Rinse your hair with lemon juice or vinegar.

You'll need a lot of lemon juice for this method.

6. Soak a towel in hot water and squeeze lightly. Cover your hair with a light (squeezed) hot towel for 10 minutes for 5 days, each day.

7. 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products.

You've probably heard of this tip hundreds of times. This applies to almost every health problem. Healthy nutrients can help you fight against hair loss.

hi, there are some hair loss remedies that don鈥檛 require the use of risky drugs.

Some of the vitamins and minerals that may affect your hair are iron, copper, iodine, and some B vitamins. So, the first home hair loss remedy you may want to try is as simple as making sure you eat a balanced diet that includes vegetable seeds, fresh fruit, eggs, and milk among other nutrient loaded foods.

another simple remedy is make yourself some coconut milk by grinding coconut shavings up and squeezing them hard. The resulting liquid is coconut milk. Take the milk and apply it all over your scalp and massage it deeply into the roots of your hair. It can nourish your hair and promote new growth in addition to healthy growth of existing hair.
