Im staying in a tropical area and a week ago my dog started having major appetite loss,hair loss,weight loss..

Hes had weight loss,appetite loss,he only drinks water and doesnt eat anything ,he throws up hair balls and has a lot of hair loss.Does anyone have a clue of what the name of the disease he might have is

Either find another vet there that actually knows what to do or get back to the states ASAP.

First of all, the water, welcome to Mexico. Second of all, what are you feeding him? Third, the tropical climate can and will work wonders on some dogs as far as all the symptoms you are describing. I know, I get dogs here regularly from cold European climates. Some cannot acclimate sufficiently and have to go to a colder climate. Here, being Florida
take the dog to a vet in the U.S. dont put your dog to sleep, unless its un-avoidable. there is probably medication you can give your dog. srry i cant be anymore help. good luck.
