Hair loss...hair grow? plzz help!?

okay, so i have curly hair and first off let me say i'm pretty confused on how to manage it. I use leave in conditioning cream in boatloads to make it stay down, and i also use shampoo and conditioner regularly to help keep it clean. I also have a lot of knots in my hair so when i try to brush it some hair gets pulled out, too. PROBLEM: the hair right above my forehead is falling out and the rest of my hair is either falling out or thinning. PLZZZZ help me before this problem gets any worse.

Thanks sooo much!!! -GogoHair loss...hair grow? plzz help!?
anyway as we know hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! Find out the actual cause of hair loss! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.

year ago I suffered very much from dandruff and hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.

the things that really worked for me was:

1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;

2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;

3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;

4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);

5) also he used herbal treatment - TrichoZed and Provilluss!

Those are a good products that helps prevent hair loss and contains Biotin and the clinically tested ingredients approved by the FDA to help re-grow your hair.! I think it is very important!

It worked and still works for me!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here

It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) - a major cause of hair loss!

The Strongest Cause of Baldness

The major factor of balding head is actually DHT or dihydrotestosterone, a hormone that tends to stick itself to your hair follicles. For this reason, your hair follicles get restrained, shrunk and jammed thus stimulating loss of hair and baldness.

For this reason, it is most effective that you focus more if not all of your effort on stopping and curbing dihydrotestosterone. There are a good number of very effective solutions you can use to accomplish that goal:

* Consult a doctor to identify the best conventional treatment for you.

* Utilize the nature's most remedial herbal plants. Herbal remedies like saw palmetto and stinging nettle are marvelous natural dihydrotestosterone controllers that work just as well as, if not stronger than most drugs, medicine and treatments.

* Make several modifications to your day-to-day diet and eating habits. Drink more water and cut down on the intake of fats and sugar.

* Get sufficient amount of sleep and get rid of stress. The lack of sleep and too much of stress cause your body to make and secrete more baldness-causing DHT.

Stimulating Solid Hair Growth

While stopping unnecessary loss is very powerful in treating the disorder, so is inducing significant growth of the hair. To achieve a better and much healthier hair regrowth, you can try these tips:

* Adopt a healthy eating habit. Eat Up more fruits and vegetables.

* Take a solid biotin supplement. Reports and clinical experience demonstrate that biotin is effective of increasing the growth and density of the hair.

* Do not leave out iron, zinc and magnesium. These beneficial minerals are all required for your body to grow significant strings of hair. To make things easier for you, you can take a good multi-nutrient supplement.
