Unfortunately I too have to wear a helmet daily because I'm in construction. There's a few facts you need to know that I highly suggest have a quick read.

You have to keep these in your diet chart at least three times a week. You also have to avoid foods like mutton, red meat, fried foods, sugar foods, bakery foods, Chinese food, and fast food. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.
